- Company's products that are not defective in material or workmanship may be returned at Customer's expense within sixty ( 60) days of original invoice date a 15 % restocking fee does apply.
- No returns accepted after 60 days. Customers may return Idondivi, Inc. products within 60 days of original invoice date under the following conditions.
- Product must be unused in the original unopened package and in resalable condition.
- Any open package will be returned to the customer.
- Product must be packages so as to arrive at Seller's facility undamaged.
- A Return Merchant Authorization ( RMA) number must be obtained by calling (415) 362 2476
- A copy of the original invoice is included with return. Product must be shipped prepaid and insured accordingly. Original freight cost is non-refundable.
- Return freight cost is the customers responsibility.
